I hope that you love your T-SHIRT but I understand that sometimes the fit might not be quite right. To exchange it for another size I will be happy to pay for re-delivery (for UK purchases only), however the cost to return the t-shirt to me will be yours. I advise that you return the t-shirt by registered post as I cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive. Please note that the t-shirt must be returned unworn, with the tag on and in the same condition that you received it. Currently, What Katie Drew t-shirts are only exchangeable for another size and must be done so within 14 days of purchase.
At this time all other What Katie Drew products are non exchangeable and all products are non returnable. If, however, when you receive your t-shirt, print or card, you find that there is any damage then I will be happy to exchange it.
As CURIOSITIES are currently non-returnable nor exchangeable, please bear in mind that they are pre-loved items and may have a little wear and tear. I always endeavour to describe the Curiosity as accurately as possible but please ask if you have any questions.
